Is this meant to have a full lap lead in? I looked everywhere online and it is described as a short route but when my friend went to complete the ride he found that it was twice as long because of the lead in.

Hello @Chase_Grange, welcome to the forums.
That doesn’t look right to me, it was never like that when the route first launched. Maybe it was just a glitch? I would try again after restarting Zwift and see if it continues. I’ve not ridden that route in a while, so no recent experiences to pull from, but it was always an immediate start of the route with hardly any lead-in.
Maybe spawned wrong side of the lap banner when starting a freeride?

I think it always spawned you on the wrong side of the banner, but for some reason never had a lead in… which always seemed strange to me since no other routes work like that.
Looks like the animation shows only one lap but really the stats are for two laps (one lead in and one actual route).
Already did. I added to the list of bugs on my update page!
