I have the zwift hub and everything connected with bluetooth, even bought any+ and it connected and nothing is moving. Reinstalled zwift twoce and disconnected all other apps.
Please help!
Did you connect your Hub as a Bluetooth device directly to whatever you’re using to run Zwift, as you would do with other devices (like speakers or headphones)? If so, go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and ‘forget’ the Hub, and then open the Zwift app and connect directly there.
If you’re having issues when connecting directly with the Zwift app, in what order are you trying to connect things? I think that on the first screen you’ll need to connect the trainer as ‘power’ and then wait a moment before pairing thr trainer as ‘controllable’ and ‘cadence’.
I have to tuen bluetooth on in my main laptop in order for it to read zwift and doing it in that orse doesnt help.
I am not sure what you mean by this.
On the pairing screen, do you see Watts when you pedal the bike, or does it remain at zero?
Do you have Play controllers paired? If so, there is a common failure that results in the brakes being stuck on. That would result in non-zero Watts but no movement.
I see zero watts…I don’t have controllers paired.
I would test the trainer with some other app (not Zwift) or a cycling computer that can connect to the trainer, check if you see any Watts when pedaling the bike. If not you might have a dead trainer. I assume you have already unplugged the trainer from power and plugged it back in, right?
Yes, what other apps work with it?
Have you contacted Zwift support yet? Email support@zwift.com
Yes and at this point they say to take it apart
what does the pairing screen show? are you able to do a screenshot ?
I had this issue with my Kickr. How old is your trainer? If you contact wahoo they might be able to help. I had to buy a new one
She has the Zwift Hub, not a Wahoo
I cant seem to send a picture but im connected avatar or watts arent moving
I think we’re still unclear as to how you have paired your devices to your computer. They should not be connected directly through the computer Bluetooth settings, like you would do with headphones or a speaker. So, if you’ve done that, go into your computer Bluetooth settings and ‘forget’ them. Your trainer and Ride should be connected directly from within the Zwift app.
It wont let me post a photo, but the bluetooth on the app isnt working. It only works if i tirn bluetooth on the laptop …thats jowni always used to do it. I bought an ant+ reciever and even that doesnt work-it connects but my avatar still doesnt move
My light is flashing blue too on the hib. I tried to pair theough phone and that doesnt work either
Yes, Bluetooth has to be on on the laptop, but you don’t want to connect anything through the normal Bluetooth settings on the laptop. You want to connect through the Zwift app.
It is connected and the bluetooth light is blue and still nothing happens
Still need information about HOW you are connecting. Through the computer Bluetooth settings, or directly through the Zwift app? You might want to check your computer Bluetooth settings to be sure.
