My devices connect as I log in to Zwift but once I select a ride or a workout the game opens but the ‘virtual me’ does not move.

Do you see power (W) change in the pairing screen when you pedal.
No nothing changes. And watts remain at zero. Thanks.
What trainer do you have, what device are you running Zwift on, and are you using Bluetooth or ANT+? Any other sensors involved?
