No way to turn off billing - probably illegal in EU

If I log into the website, it says “Renews Dec1, 2022”
Yet there is no information about:

  • my credit card.
  • no way to turn this off.
  • proflle, orders and Membership tabs have no information or links to cancellation of any kind.
  • I’m not even sure why this appeared as I simply logged in to an account I haven’t used for sometime in consideration of renewing it.

I’m pretty sure per EU law that this is not legal.

Nothing to worry about here. It means your free 25Km each month will be renewed on the 1st Dec and each month after that.

If it bothers you then you should probably delete your Zwift account.
