No signal from suito T

I use suito T for zwift more than one year - everything went ok, until now. On 1st of decemer 2024 it worked. 3rd december 2024 my laptop (HP victus, w11) conected with suito t, but has no signal. I didn t change a thing from last time (via BT).
After this problem, I upgraded suito t via upgrado app - didn t help. Reset suito t and laptop several times, didn t help.
I tryed conect suito t and zwift via mobile phone - android and suito t is working ok - connected with signal.
Was some update or something in zwift or W11? Have the same problem more people or just me?

I’m sorry to hear about the connectivity hiccups you’re facing between your devices and Zwift

After revving your account, I could see some Bluetooth disconnection issues regarding your SUITO trainer, the most recent was 2 days ago which was the date you posted here. Thus I’d recommend checking this article: BLE and ANT+ Interference Troubleshooting Tips, there might be some interference between your devices.

Since it can be connected by Mobile, try to reset your Bluetooth settings on your PC and also try Resetting Your Game Preferences on your PC. It might be helpful to run the Bluetooth troubleshooter inspector by Windows guidance to see any issue with your BLE: Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows
