No riders or robopacers available

The last three days I have not been able to ride with other riders. I’ve signed up for multiple events and when I join I’m not placed at the start line with other riders. When I try and join a Robo Pacer group the Robo Pacer can’t be found.
I’ve deleted and reinstalled both the companion app on my phone and Zwift App on my computer. When I reinstalled the Zwift app on my computer it performed an update, but the issue is still present

If you don’t see any riders in the world, that usually means your PC cannot reach the Zwift servers over the network. The problem could be anywhere: the PC itself (eg, firewall settings) or WiFi or your home router, or your ISP or anything onward to Zwift on the west coast of the US. Restarting all of your network equipment is the first/easiest step to take, but if your PC has firewall or security software applied that could also do it.

Another troublemaker is a companion app using a different network from the computer. Can happen when you have a Wifi mesh separate from the Wifi provided by the ISP router.

Ok,
I’m restarting my wifi and computer now.

We only have one network in the house and both the computer and my phone are on the same one.
Rebooting the wifi didn’t work

Any chance for a remote login or a phone call?

Zwift generally doesn’t do that but you can email support@zwift.com to work through it with them

Could also troubleshoot by turning off Zwift on the PC, run it on the phone instead and see if it differs. That would help rule out a network problem. Make sure you kill the Zwift app on the phone before trying PC again.

Ok, I’ll try this later today and let you know if it works

Hey guys,
Yeah it’s my wifi, I was able to connect using my phone as a hotspot and it worked. Thanks for the help
