Hi. I rode 31 miles this morning and saved the ride (setup to save to Strava). However, it did not show up and there is no .fit file. Im a Mac user but was using my iOS iPhone for the ride. If i click 3 times on the iPhone face whilst in Zwift i can see the log file! Can you help?
Tapping the Zwift logo three times should also show your fit files in the column on the right. From there you can email them to yourself to manually upload. The only reason we’re aware of for why the fit file wouldn’t show up is if you’re out of storage space, so you may want to check that as well.
