I forgot to press the clooud sign after a ride … then I would like to do it manually

If you have a PC or Mac the .fit file is located in \documents\zwift\activities

For iPad and iPhone use this trick: https://zwiftinsider.com/secret-feature-how-to-access-your-list-of-ride-fit-files-in-zwift-for-ios/

Then you can manually upload it to Strava.

also, from the activity list on my.zwift.com, you can download the .fit file for your activity in question.  and then manually upload the file to Strava.
