Uploading activity to strava retrospectively

Does anyone know how to upload a Zwift activity to Strava after the activity as I have only just started a strava account? I know how to get the fit file but would rather upload the complete activity if possibly

Any help welcome.

The fit file is the best way.

You can get you .fit file here: The at Home Cycling & Running Virtual Training App

Click the Activity Image
Click the Gear
Click Download Fit File

And then manually upload it to Strava

The .fit file is also already resident on your computer or phone. No need to have to download it again.

For PC users, it is at \Documents\Zwift\Activities

For phone users, see this article: ZwiftInsider

For Mac users, I don’t have a clue as I don’t have a Mac, but I’m guessing it is similar to the PC
