No resistance and very low speed with smart spinning bike

Hello all . I’m completely new to Zwift. I use a smart spinning bike. Among the features of the device is the ability to change the resistance according to the condition of the track. Despite this, my resistance doesn’t change and my average speed is ridiculously low at 5-10 km per hour. I share the sensors of the device below. I wonder what I am doing wrong.

The bike is probably not compatible with Zwift. There is an app called QZ (qzfitness.com) that can probably make it work better. Talk to the developer @Roberto_Viola if you’re interested in trying that. Or you can discuss it with the manufacturer of the bike to see if there are any settings that would improve it.

Let me know if you have any other questions about qz. Write me a PM

It’s %100 compatible with the zwift app, that’s why I bought it.

Unfortunately quite a few “smart” bike manufacturers advertise their products as being “Zwift compatible” without defining what that means.

Sorry but I suggest getting a refund on your bike for the product not doing what it’s advertised to do. Unless the manufacturer can somehow make it work properly.

What is the make/model of your bike?

… and yet here you 100% are.

I’ve just released that resistance works in workout mode but not in route mode and i am using Wero AI-05 Smart Spin Bike.

The bike is not supported by Zwift, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be made to work. Talk to the manufacturer, or try QZ if you need a better ride experience. Roberto is a master of getting strange and unpopular spin bikes to work with Zwift.
