My Zwift Hub (device ID 686B) has suddenly stopped transmitting power and cadence data.
Symptoms:

Bluetooth LED flashing blue

Trainer is visible in BLE scanner apps

Firmware update completed successfully

Zwift can sometimes pair it as Power Source and Resistance

Cadence remains stuck on “Connecting”

No power values are transmitted, so my avatar doesn’t move

Same behaviour on multiple devices
I’ve already:

Power-cycled the trainer multiple times

Rebooted devices
-
Reinstalled Zwift
-
Updated firmware
-
Tested on more than one device
I’ve opened a support ticket but haven’t received a response yet. Has anyone seen a similar failure mode, and was there a fix other than replacing the trainer?
