My trainer does not transfer data to Zwift

My trainer Elite Direto XR does not transfer data to Zwift - this is the first time I’ve encountered this in my entire experience working with it. Before starting my trip today after a 14-day vacation break, I updated my trainer to the new firmware (87). My trainer sees the Zwift - I can turn it off and plug it back in - but the power and cadence data are always zero. In the myTraining app, I also see zeros. The pulse sensor connected via a bridge with the machine transmits data. I installed the Zwift app on another device, and the result is the same.
The fact that this problem occurred precisely after the upgrade to the new firmware looks extremely logical and all the questions to Elite, which I have already done. But I’m just looking for where I can, maybe someone has a similar experience and someone can tell me something…

Try a ride in Level Mode in the myEtraining app, if you haven’t already done that. If that doesn’t work, then you need to raise a ticket with Elite.

I successfully updated my own Direto XR to firmware 87, but occasionally things can go wrong and it sounds like this is what’s happened here. Hopefully Elite can help you.

Yes, I tried it - the result is the same. I wrote it to Elite.

When communicating with Elite (Italy) tech support, they asked me to do some diagnostics and suggested that the motherboard had failed. Due to the sanctions policy the carrier refused to ship the motherboard to Russia.
The service center in my country could not determine the cause of the malfunction. Replacing the motherboard with a known working one did not give any results. There is a new assumption that the optical sensors that measure power and cadence have failed.
Unfortunately tech support of Elite (Italy) did not respond to requests from my service center (Russia). Usually, according to the service worker, in case of problems with the optical sensors Elite simply replace the whole machine. But, for me this option was not available.
So I decided to buy another machine, which I already use.
