Elite Direto does connect but no data transmission

Hi,

Just bought an Elite Direto and tried setting it up through ANT+. It shows up in Zwift immediately but somehow the power output stays on 0 watt… Also connected my heart rate sensor to the same ANT+ usb and this DOES show up correctly in Zwift. So somehow my Direto isn’t transferring data to my ANT+ / Zwift.

Same problem occurs in the MyTraining app from Elite.

Any ideas?

That does not look good. I’d try to (re)calibrate with the my e-training app and/or check if Bluetooth does give you any Watts. If it does not help, then I guess you should contact Elite.
