Using a PC running Windows 10 and Companion App on an Android phone. When using Companion App to take a photo,this produces multiple images in the phone gallery. The last time, I had 11 images of each shot I took, but a post on the Zwift Riders Facebook group says some people are getting 100s of images.
Yes same here. Zwift on Win11, taking screenshots via the companion app on Android and getting dozens of duplicates of every screenshot. Been hapoening for several weeks.

Same here, 90 images of same screenshot on 1st August. Yesterday was only taking 9 images, hopefully the downward trend will continue 
Using comp app on pixel 4a android, and running zwift on ATV.

We’re working on a fix for this issue which will be available in an upcoming Zwift Companion update. We’ll post back when we have more information about that timing.

What kinda code got added that made this happen in the first place? Just genuine curiosity. It just seems so random.
The gist is that there were some fixes put in place to fix crashes and issues on some devices that could occur related to session management (like when re-opening Zwift Companion or switching apps), and this issue was an unintended side effect. This duplicated image issue primarily occurs after switching from Zwift Companion to another app and then back, hence the relation to session management.

Hi all, a quick update on this: This issue will be resolved in the upcoming Zwift Companion app release (3.61) which is currently scheduled to roll out before the end of this month.

The fix for this has gone out in the latest ZC 3.61.0 release today. Please update at your earliest convenience, and let us know if the issue persists.
Looks good. No duplicates today. Possible new related bug though as it’s probably due to the session management issue: Companion App keeps going to "Home" after switching apps
