Hi Zwift Support,
I ordered a Zwift ride - set, and shortly after the order I tried to cancel the order.
Obviously Zwift wasn’t able to cancel the order, so I received the 3 packages (Frame, Handlebars, Kickr core) and I returned them.
Shortly later I recieved refunds for 2 of the three packages.
I’m still waiting for the refund of the 3rd package (Kickr core) - all of them were delivererd at zwift in netherlands at Dec. 17th. Now it’s Jan. 7th and it wasn’t possible to get any reaction from a zwift support team - execept for useless AI responses.
