Urgent: Need help with Order asap

Hello,

My trainer shipped back to Zwift after ordering in December. I purchased and received a Zwift ride and tablet holder, but FedEx said Zwift requested order to be shipped back mid shipping.

I have tried to reach out by email over 3 days ago and have not heard anything back. I really need my trainer to be reshipped immediately.
