Please be patient, they are extremely busy this time of year with all the new users typical for January. Someone from support might see your post here and respond via email, so be sure to watch your inbox closely.
It was out for delivery and even got my 1 hour timeslot. next message i get is its being returned to base logistics. Thats nearly a week now

I’ve had a damaged radiator delivered from a UK toolstation store.
I’m trying to return it, but they are having difficulty contacting the supplier.
