Zwift ride broken on delivery

I got my zwift ride and it was broken on delivery.
I only find a bot to write to. The uk phone number is a registered message.
Where is the humas support?

Tell the bot that its suggestions aren’t helping and you need to contact support, and you should get a form you can fill in to get in touch with them. Or email support@zwift.com

You’ll need to be patient though, Zwift support are overloaded at the moment.

It is several days now and they did not even write an email.
Considering I have bought a product can can exclusively work on zwift platform, I am wondering if this is a big mistake…

I had a similar issue and got a reply after 4 days with free shipment of replacement parts on the way,

If you try the online contact us they only go to live chat after 4pm UK as they work west coast American hours i think
