Missing handlebars

Please help.
ZWUK316469 I’m still a waiting for the handle bars despite numerous email attempts without replies.

You are best to contact zwift direct have you tried to raise a ticket?

did you speak to a person after getting past the bot?

No matey. I couldn’t get that far - I did try. I’ll dedicate more time to it today.

I think it gets directed to email if nobody is available to chat.

I would try the contact us post 4pm UK and ask a question say not helpful etc and it should give you the option to either email or start a live chat.

Post 4pm because i think a lot of the live chat support are US based so sometimes that option is not there earlier and it just prompts you to email.
