I completed a JETT endurance ride last Saturday 9/28 1305 PST but there are no results for the event in Zwift Power. I see segments for my ride under the Zpoints tab but that is it. Is there a way to find and post these results? Thank you.
Strange. It’s this event?

Perhaps send a query to zwiftpower@zwift.com and ask them to look into it. FWIW, not sure it will do anything, but I clicked on the tiny link to “Request a faster update” for this event.
There was a bug in Neokyo All-Nighter when used in multi-lap events, supposedly fixed back in July but I wonder if there has been a regression.
Is it strange though that nothing shows even in the LIVE tab in ZP?
Yes, that’s the one. The end of the ride was sort of buggy so I am not surprised there’s no results. I did try the request a faster update, but of course it did nothing.
I will send an email to the zwift power email address, thank you!
I see that from time to time in events that do have proper results. I’m not any kind of ZwiftPower expert, not sure what causes it.
Yes this is exactly what happened. The ride was stuck on lap 3/4 (ride was 4 laps), even after crossing the finish arch. I wanted to join a robo pacer after the ride but there was no option to teleport and was stuck riding another lap until I just ended the ride.
I’m not familiar at all with the JETT rides, but it seems impressive if true, Zwiftpower is showing I think exactly 200 entrants for this ~100km ride. I guess somewhat surprised that you’d be the first to call out a problem with results almost a week later.
That was my first JETT ride so I am not familiar with them myself, but the ride leader seemed very knowledgeable and experienced and he announced in the chat that we were stuck on lap 3/4, yes its the end of the ride, so please don’t keep riding around…so he knew something was wrong.
I cannot explain the actions or inactions of other people. Maybe they don’t care or have inquired through other channels. Either way, I am just trying to see if its possible to retrieve results for this event.
If you don’t see results on ZwiftPower or in Companion, and there was a route bug, then the event is simply not finished, so there is no finishing order. Essentially everyone got DNF.
So I assume no power data either? I dont care about finishing order, just wanted to see power stats.
I think your personal data from the event would be better obtained by connecting your Zwift account to Strava, TrainingPeaks, Garmin Connect, etc. but if what you want is power data from other people in the event it won’t show that. If you haven’t connected your account to one of those third party sites, you should be able to download the fit file from Zwift and upload it manually.
To connect:
I don’t use strava, and Garmin seems to only show 20 min power, but I just found another way to see data. Thanks!
I don’t use Strava either (not a fan) but I do export a bundle of fit files from Garmin and import them to intervals.icu which is the best analysis tool I’ve seen. TrainingPeaks also offers some decent views despite being a clunky old app.
