Hi there, I’ve reached out on FB last week and submitted a help ticket per their instructions (“email us” on “contact us” page but I haven’t heard back. I also searched the forums and didn’t fine a similar thread. Hoping someone on the Zwift team can help me.
I signed up in March for the Machines for Freedom 30-day trial, but it only gave me a 2-day, 19 km trial. How can I get my 30-day trial?

Hi @Tina_Wong, I just looked over the website Machines For Freedom x Zwift and did not see anything about a free 30 day trial. There is an advertisement for the 30 day trainer trial, if you buy a trainer from Zwift you have a 30 day trial period with it where you can send it back if you don’t like it.
You may have signed up for the free 7 day or 25km Zwift trial that all new users can access.

New members who joined via the Machines for Freedom promotion will be getting an email with the promo code to activate the 30 day trial.
