Zwift offered me a free 30-day free trial that I could take advantage of until Jan 1, 2024. I have the emails. I used the code on Nov 1 this week and put in a ride. Went for another ride today but it cut me off at 41 minutes with the message, “Your Trial Has Expired.” I got less than 3 days from this. Is this happening to anyone else?
I sent them an email, which was difficult to find. But, if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

It sounds like the code hasn’t worked at all rather than its initially worked then failed after 3 days.
Non subscribers get 25km per month so 41 mins is around that timeline.
