Membership auto-renewal issues

Hello, I’ve been a Zwift user for almost two years now and only recently have noticed problems with the auto renewal at the end of the month. Yesterday and for the past few months (End of month) when I tried to start a ride, it said my membership expired and to upgrade to Zwift unlimited. I’ve always had Zwift unlimited though. It won’t let me ride until I click restore purchase then have to log in and select payment etc. Then it kicks in and allows me to ride. Not sure why this is happening or the solution. It used to just auto renew on its own without all these extra steps. My credit card details have not changed at all and the card does not expire until 2022. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
