Apparently it‘s not the only one since for me it shows 237 instead, so I must also be missing some other event-only route (plus 5 of the Zwift Games routes which are shown as missing) as well:
As of the addition of the zwift games routes, there are 239 route badges. 225 freely accessible routes (the base total of the counter) and 14 event only routes (hidden, added to the total as you unlock them). There’s also the repack rush route which requires steering, which is part of the extra cycling badges (not included in the route badges).
That’s the list of event-only routes with a badge, including repack rush. Screenshot taken from my own spreadsheet, so it shows which routes I have completed and which I still have to do.

Maybe you post a screenshot from the last rows and compare it with mine (see above). There might be a good chance that it is one of the newest routes.
Zwift turned this into a big mess but there are 239 route badges.
My stats are 44/44 and 238/238. The details are 12/12, 21/21 and 13/13. None of these numbers add up to 44! I only miss The Epiloch for 239/239 routes. Repack Rush has an icon that looks like a route badge but it appears in extra achievements. It’s my 13th out of 13. For some reason Repack Rush is not a route…
Looks like the other one I don’t see listed with the “just watch” method is Hot Laps, I guess it would be approx next to Glasgow Crit Six which I also don’t have but it does show up. Now at 233/237…

We sure there is a route badge for the route ?
Red Rock Loops are Gravel Mountain, event-only. Yumezi Grit you should be able to free ride. I assume the Arcade route is a gamified thing so probably requires steering to do any event on it.

I thought that Event Only badges were hidden until achieved, did they change that again?
All I know is that the Zwift Insider info said the Gravel Mountain world is for events
