Same problem. All good yesterday. Logs suggest the problem is a failure to find the monitor, which must be a problem in the update as all is fine on the iMac im using.

Hi…just updated Zwift today for an old Mac Pro (2015 retina on Sierra) that has worked before. Now can only see big “black blocks” for riders and very fuzzy road with black lines all over it. Looks like the under water areas also have lots of black ‘patches’ all over the place??? Help! Looks like the update wasn’t tested fully?
Any advice (apart from buying a new laptop for the garage!) gratefully received zwifters!

Same! I’m really disappointed, through the pandemic I was able to bring a newer iMac home and could use that for Zwift, but now all I’ve got is my old MacBook Pro and it won’t even launch!
Same with me, it was quite inconvenient this morning. I downloaded most recent Java in case that was somehow interfering.
Please get this fixed or back out the update

Mac mini late 2012 running OS 10.11.1… used only for Zwift so nothing else installed. Click Let’s Go, the Zwift icon shows up in the dock for a second then it crashes. Dug out my work computer (MacBook Pro Late 2015 running OS 10.14.6). It works but it’s trying to play 16x9 graphics in a 14x9 screen so everything is skinny.
Tried. Not works.
Same issue here, did the update last night and now the screen on my macbook OS Sierra 10.12 Black pixel patches all over screens…

Did an update yesterday and now I have blotches of black pixels that are all over the screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but they are still there on every screen… Help
Very same issue. MacBook Pro (mid-2010) running High Sierra (10.13.16). Since the update, if I click “Let’s Go” and the whole thing crashes. Eagerly awaiting the fix. Thanks!

same after hitting lets go the app disappears.

Jeez, not again. Zwift was unusable for 5 days last time this happened in July. Not really good enough
Same issue for me. Zwift is trying to fix (they told me 5 min. ago). Has to do with older Macbooks.
