Low cadence high power in training plan

Trying out a Zwift training plan and while I appreciate the varied power/cadence combos the extended low rpm kills my knee. Is there a way to work around that and still maintain the zone and get my all important gold star? :laughing: I don’t see a way to edit cadence or even see what it will be before the workout starts.

You don’t have to hit the cadence zone to get the gold star.
