Lost power lead

Hi. Can anyone help me with where/how to buy a swift hub power lead? Mine has been thrown away in error.

I recommend contacting support. They sometimes offer free replacement parts so you may as well check with them. Which part you need also depends on where you live. I see one on eBay designed for the UK market that claims to be compatible.

Many thanks paul.

Hi Fernanda.

thanks for sending the new power cable however i am having real problems with my zwift hub.

it keeps losing connection with my laptop (which is working fine in every normal respect) and when it works it wont register poser above circa 140 watts. its extremely frustrating.

ive had this device for a bit over a year and have done just over 1000 km on it. surely it should be working fine?

David

Upload a log file to zwiftalizer.com to check if you are getting dropouts. If so that could be related to Bluetooth or ANT+ connectivity. You could also test it with pairing via the Companion app, or running Zwift on a phone or tablet to see if it works differently. If no significant dropouts, open another support request.

Hi Paul. thanks for the quick response, but i have no idea how to upload a log file. i tried using an ipad but although it logged into my account it wasn’t clear where and how to launch the app… so i got nowhere. its no use trying to run it on my phone as my eyesight isnt good enough to see the detail when riding. the main point is that i am riding at what i know is circa 200 watts but it wont register more than about 120. ive checked my weight settings but makes no difference.

Weight would not affect your Watts, just W/kg.

If you’re interested in using zwiftalizer.com, it’s pretty easy and there is a video tutorial available, but you can also just go straight to Zwift support and they’ll handle everything. Plus if there is an issue with your trainer you’ll probably need to get their attention anyway.
