Zwift Hub

Brand new Hub arrived today, followed all the steps paired to Apple TV and can see hub and connect.
When pedalling there is now power showing at all, switch off Apple TV and used IPhone app, paired updated firmware and still no power of forward motion after pedalling.
Tried Garmin ant+ connection, no power transmission either.
I am hoping I am not being dumb but I think it’s a dud hub, which is bad, I returned another trainer last week as it was faulty too. I am begging to think I should just stick to my old dumb trainer and buy some power pedals .

Sorry about your bad luck, but you did some great troubleshooting already… seems like you got a bad one unfortunately. Contact Zwift support and they should be able to help.

Thanks yes that’s what I figured, early life failures takes me back to my Warranty analysis days !
