Lost over a level and 100mile jersey

I lost the entire 161km ride from yesterday it seems.

Noticed I could not find my 100mile jersey anymore, then I noticed that I lost over one level in XP as I was nearly 11.

What’s going on here? The ride is on strava and in my feed on Zwift.
