Went for a ride. Earned enough drops to get some Zipp 808’s. Finished ride & successfully saved it, bought the 808s which were shown on the bike. Logged off. When I logged back in there were no 808s on my bike and the drops for the last ride had disapperaed leaving my total the same as before the last ride.
Same issue happened to me after alpe du zwift ride almost 400,000 drops lost!

Did a workout. Saved it. After Restarting Zwift all drops where lost but the workout was saved!?
I used my iPad with the Companion App on my iphone.
Did you get any hany help vom zwift support?
Same thing. Support said it was because I was logged on using my phone as well as my pc. When the app is closed it overwrites the pc data with empty data from the phone and wipes anything gained.
