I rode a pacer group ride today just to get the drop bonus. Then rode a short route (Bridges and Boardwalks). My drops didn’t update. From the saved photos for the ride it shows me at 353,592 drops about a mile before I ended the ride but my app is only showing me at 284,525.
I also didn’t get credit for completing the route from the pace group (Castle to Castle - Makuri Islands). It’s a 14.4 mile loop and I rode 22.3 miles on the ride.
Is there any way to fix this?
Any chance that you have logged in to Zwift on multiple devices? This sounds like typical behavior for that sort of situation.
Any chance you have left the app running on a second device? That’s a common reason for losing progress, like you launch it on a mobile device, flip it to the background, but it’s still running. Then you go run it on something else and it loses its mind. There can be only one.
I quite possibly had the app open on my phone too. Live and learn I guess.
