Zwift drops not applied to total

Drops from my most recent ride weren’t applied to total drops. (~35k)
I only noticed because I took a few photos during the ride and the drops are higher than total after the ride. There didn’t appear to be any problems completing or saving the ride.
Has anybody else experienced this and can zwift correct it ?
(recorded using laptop).

Any chance you were inadvertently logged into multiple devices?
This is the primary cause.

ok thanks, could be it as I use the phone for running and the laptop for riding.
might have been in the background on the phone - will make sure I kill the process before next ride.

No problem. It’d be the most likely conclusion.
