Losing sensors every time

In all my rides I have some technical issues like speed sensor or all sensors dropping during my activities. I started using my Garmin after this kind of problem became frequent. The problem about dropping sensors signal occurs only on Zwift. My Garmin keeps running with no problem.

I use a MacBook, ANT+ Sensors with ANT+ Dongle and Classical Trainers.

I’ve cancelled my membership because Zwift is not worth the waste of time and money solving these chronic technical problems.

Hi Bruno - Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with signal drops! There are a few reasons why your Garmin may pick up the signal, but Zwift would drop it.  I’m going to turn this into a support ticket so that we can gather information and try to identify the issue so that you can Zwift without the frustrating interruption of ANT+ dropouts.
