Just trying out Zwift for the first time and cannot get my sensors to stay connected at all. I’m using a Wahoo Kickr Snap, Wahoo Cadence Sensor and a Garmin HRM-Run with an unbranded ANT+ Sensor on a MacBook Air (2018 version). I have occasionally managed to get it to connect for 5-7 minutes but then it drops out. I’ve used both a wired and wifi connection for internet.
I go to the pair page, unplugged/replugged the ANT+ sensor, re-paired all the sensors, they all run whilst I’m on the pairing screen but as soon as I return to the ride the sensors lose signal. It’s virtually impossible to do any sort of ride. All of the sensors have worked pretty consistently on another training platform but for some reason do not work on Zwift enough to be able to use it practically.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
