Login to the Zwift App

Hi,

It’s snowing outside so I figured it might be time do to som Zwiting again. I paid my monthly fee and started the App and thought that I was good to go. Here is however why my problems started, because the App requires that I log in, but eventhough I have written several password and I have changed the passwords several times to be sure that I actually write the right password, nothing helps :frowning: I have uninstalled and re-installed the App two times and I have tried to create a new user, but nothing helps.

I hope that one of you can help me because I really want to go indoor cycling again.

Did you check that you don’t have spaces in the password.

Yes, I have checked several times. I use a PC.
I downloaded the App to another PC, and it works right away, but the ANT+ dongle doesn’t work on the new PC :frowning:

Try to clear the browsing history on MS Edge.

On the new PC you may wat to install ANT+ drivers I saw some issues with that.

That doesn’t do anything. :wink: To fully clear the credentials since they moved to Edge, you have to delete the folder(s) found in \AppData\Local\Temp\Zwift. It’s not very user-friendly.

Thanks a lot guys :slight_smile: I cleared the browser history and passwords in Edge and now I don’t get the pop-up screen asking for my credentials, so that’s fantastic :slight_smile:
