iOS iPhone 6+ Can't load Zwift App, log in screen busted

Hey all,

On my iPhone I can’t log in to Zwift. Most of the time it just gets past the blue Zwift initialization screen and then gets to a picture of Zwift in-game at night time, with no text anywhere. Sometimes it will show the “Log In” and “I’m New” buttons, but when I press Log In, nothing happens.

I notice that when I press Log In, and then tap around randomly, the keyboard will come up as if the login username/password input textboxes are just hidden. I’m able to input my username/password blindly but I still am not able to log in.

I’m using the latest version of the app.

Anyone else having issues?

And before anyone asks, Yes, I’ve submitted a ticket for the issue. I thought I’d post here for visibility too.

Wow, Okay! I had to uninstall the app, reinstall it, and then restart my phone in order for it to work.

Sorry to hear you had a hard time getting started, but glad it’s fixed. :slight_smile: I’m going to close this thread since the issue is resolved.
