Logged in, no roads to ride.. network error

Problem still persist this morning…
Slovenia

ISP: https://www.telekom.si

I managed to login on companion app for a few seconds then a message " network error"

Same here in Austria. First I could not log in, now I have no roads to ride :frowning:

Another one with the same problem, also from Slovenia :frowning:

Same issue here in Germany, trying to log in via Telekom. No luck. Also Companion App not working properly

Same issue here in Austria, nothing is working not on the Phone and not on the Macbook.

Just posted one possible solution here.

P.S.: Asked Zwift to consider putting this on their status page / Twitter, as… if you’re on Telekom, you won’t reach this post

Confirm: It’s a routing issue with Deutsche Telekom or ISPs that rely on their backbone/infrastructure.
With a VPN Service that bypasses the Deutsche Telekom, everything works fine.

Everything working and back to normal on my side

Here too, so all good in Austria :ride_on:

Looks like the problem is back for me - Slovakia

Jp same here :frowning:

And here…the same problem AGAIN!!! This is really annoying! :frowning:

Unfortunality here in Austria too same as yesterday

Same here…
Germany ISP Telekom
Mobile 1&1 => D2-Vodafone

Absolutely annoying.

I have the same problem here in Slovenia on Telekom.

Zwift is back…yeeey

Sorry, my mobile was connected with WLAN and so with ISP Telekom.

Vodafone works fine.

Same problem in Germany, Munich, Telekom high speed internet 50MB. Since yesterday (07th April) morning (9:00 AM CEST) the Login in the Zwift App on WIN7 Notebook showed after several trials a “Login succesful but no roads to ride”. ZCA on IOS over same WLAN connection was not working. After several trials I switched on the notebook to Vodafone mobile internet and the Zwiftapp logged in and everything was ok, ride was succesful. The ZCA still wasnt working.
This evening I had the same problem again. Zwift on notebook does not work, ZCA needs long time to show something.
I followed the above mentioned solution going via a VPN connection (Cisco Client of my company :-)) and IT works. Zwiftapp on notebook starts. And ZCA on IOS works also but the IOS Device was not conected over VPN.
Then close Zwiftapp and switch of VPN. Start Zwiftapp again…and it works. And ZCA works as well very quick.
That is nice but I am wondering which action brings the solution?
Hope you can follow my question.

Think this is a problem of Deutsche Telekom. Maybe they are trying to slow down certain internet services again.
I know a time, when you were only able to watch youtube on foreign VPN.

Same in Shanghai, China. Thought was due to our GFW, but not, please fix. The user experience sucks.
