Twice this summer I have leveled up in game because of XP from an outdoor ride and the game has not recognized the level increase properly. In both cases, I did not receive the standard 50k drops you get for a level increase and the first time when I went from lvl 34 to 35, it didn’t unlock any items / flair.
See attached pictures for bug happening today when I went from lvl 40 to 41.
Think I had the same thing but not documented. Would also appreciate a fix!
Yea, I was hoping whatever tweaks they made to address outdoor rides causing issues with game streaks would resolve the issue.
I will say that Zwift support (support@zwift.com) was very helpful and had the issue fixed in a couple of hours, on a Sun night no less! As long as you have some pictures like above, the support reps just fix it.
