Kickr Core connected via BT but not moving avatar/registering wattage

I know this has been posted dozens of times but I’ve tried everything with no luck. I’ve been using this Kickr Core+Zwift for over a year together via BT and all of sudden it’s not working - it’s connected but the avatar doesn’t move as the wattage nor cadence are registering. Tried reinstalling app, updating OS, turned everything on/off, closed all other apps, tried it on my iOS iPhone (Used to work), but nothing works. Please help!

I appreciate that you use this space for your concerns, I took some time for reviewing your account, and there are some recommendations for you to establish a great connection that I would like you to follow:

  • The game version must be updated, currently, we are running version 1.67.0, please follow our steps for updating for you to get the best experience possible.
  • The firmware of the Wahoo Kikcr Core needs to be updated, I will kindly ask you to check out this Wahoo steps for the update. This impacts directly the broadcast of the fitness information from your trainer to the game.
