Kickr Core connected but won’t register speed, cadence, etc

I bought the Zwift bike and Kickr Core Zwift One about 2 months ago and everything worked fine. Now the Kickr Core still connects without issue, but no information is being recognized by the Zwift app or the Wahoo app! I have tried all the recommended troubleshooting suggestions and nothing works! Has anyone else experienced this?

If you’ve already tried everything, contact support (either Zwift or Wahoo). I don’t know what “everything” means here so it’s hard to say if there are more things to try, without knowing all about what you have already done.

Hi @Jason_Croft welcome to Zwift forums.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I see that you’ve opened a Support ticket with my colleagues, and they’re standing by waiting for a reply from you. Please resume your conversation with them so we can help you figure this out.

I also peeked at your server logs and don’t see any glaring issues that stick out. Something that you might try is rebooting your iPad (not just putting it sleep). If the tablet isn’t powered down and restarted ocassionally, things can go sideways at an OS level, like Bluetooth not working right.

Would you give that try?

Again - please resume your conversation with my Zwift Support colleagues and let them know the details of the troubleshooting you’ve done so far. If the KICKR Core doesn’t connect to the Wahoo app - it may be a hardware problem with your particular trainer and you may want to talk to Wahoo’s Support team.
