I only bought the Kickr Core with Zwift Ride less than a month ago and subscribed to the Zwift app. I had an initial strong connection to all of the products and everything worked as expected. In the last two weeks I have experienced difficulties connecting and maintaining a consistent start up connection to the Kickr Core to either app. It is now at a point here I am unable to connect at all. I am able to connect the Zwift controllers to the companion app but cannot establish a connection to the Kickr Core. I can see all products in the bluetooth list on both devices but that’s as far as I get. I am unable to connect either the controllers or kickr core to the windows app.
I have followed all of the trouble shooting recommendations but this is now becoming so frustrating I have gone to a competitor app and so far zero issues with connections there.
This would indicate an issue with the app over the products.
Note, I have already tried restarting devices and reinstalling apps.
Any other suggestions on other methods to try or I will be requesting a refund of my subscription because I am spending more time trying to connect than riding the bike ?
Thanks
Hi @G_C_Jedster
Welcome to the Forums. Thank you for reaching out about your concern regarding the connectivity. This is Haziel from Zwift support. I noticed your inquiry, and I wanted to share some steps that might help to get things back on track.
After reviewing your logs, I noticed that your Wahoo trainer is outdated. I recommend checking Wahoo’s article for the necessary updates, as it can make a big difference with the connections.
Additionally, I suggest looking at this other article that addresses common connection issues. It might help you avoid any further hiccups.
