Been kicked out of last two races two miles from finishing. Anyone have any ideas

What did you see on the screen when it happened?
Can you name the event ID or the event name/date/time/timezone when it happened?
What are you running the game on (please give make/model details and specs)?
Tell us about your trainer as well.
It looks like you were unable to finish the ride. If you click on the LIVE tab in the event linked above, you are there, but not among the finishers. I’m not sure why this happened, but if you are logged into Zwift on more than one device at the same time, that can cause all sorts of problems. I recommend logging out of the app on the iPad.
