I only have android phone how do I use the configurez app Google play store says app isn’t available for my device because it’s made for older devices

Shuji at Zwift HQ. I can’t answer the question about NPE’s app, but I’m curious: have you followed the installation instructions for the RUNN sensor and paired your treadmill to the Zwift main app?

The Runn should be fine without calibration using Configurez. If you want Zwift to retort the speed your treadmill is reporting then calibrate it in game using the spanner icon on the pairing screen.
That’s not too say it’s an accurate reflection of pace as you can never be too sure about your treadmill belt speed.
Depending on the quality of your treadmill motor you’ll also get variation in pace as you run. This can be +/- 0.5kmh.
Sticker placement can be important as can the height of the Runn in the cradle.
Also the speed you calibrate it at can also be key.
