Jet Black Victory

Mine is due in December i ordered it back in October really looking forward to receiving it :slightly_smiling_face:

Sorry for the late reply. No, I have no other trainer to start with so just waiting. I emailed JetBlack this week, quick reply telling me they expect to ship the Victory in the last week of 2024.

were you a “late december” order? That’s when they said mine would arrive.

I should have specified that: I ordered on Nov 11th. I am in Denmark.

I ordered my Victory Trainer on October 3rd. I have not gotten any communication from Jet Black since an email on November 11th saying it was on a ship. Still hopeful and patiently waiting. However, it must be said that this has not been the best buying experience I have ever had.
I feel that my recommendation would be to just buy a Kickr Core.

I know Jetblack has been around a while but I do worry about the growing pains stemming from the success of this product.

It is not a stretch to predict that the problems they are having with keeping up with production will be mirrored when it comes to service and returns.

I’m not saying that the quality wont be top notch - but even if we assume the fault rate of something well established like a kickr core - then processing support and returns will be a struggle if they dont have enough people.

I received this email last week.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: If you want to cancel your order, or you need to change your address since you placed your order with us, or will change by the time it reaches you, or if you think you will be away and would like your order redirected to another address during that time - please REACH OUT TO US below, with your revised details, including your order confirmation number.

Unfortunately, after the 4th December, we can’t cancel your order or change your address details with us directly at JetBlack.

You will be issued with a courier tracking number and if you want to make any changes at that time with the courier company, you can do so.

If you change your mind about your order after the 4th December or you don’t make changes of address with the courier, your VICTORY will be delivered to the address nominated in your order, and our 30 Day Love to Ride or Return policy will be active. has any1 is the USA actually gotten 1 yet? how long was the wait?

I’m pretty sure a order went out in November for the US?

I ordered mine 11.24 24. They said mid to late January. Hope it’s earlier than that.

Thank you for your reply. We are glad to hear that you were able to locate the order confirmation.

Currently we have been informed that the shipment is due to dock in the port around the 8th December. Once the shipment has arrived, it will take a further 5-7 days to unpack and prepare for domestic delivery. Please find below the estimated delivery time frame once your order has dispatched via local courier. Please keep in mind that there may be delays due to Christmas closures/ domestic distribution delays which is customary around these holiday periods in the US.

West Coast – 3-4 days

Mid West – 7-10 days

East Cost – 10-14 days

With that being said. It does worry me here in the US like others have said on customer service and repairing if something were to happened. I wish Tacx neo would just get on the virtual shifting bandwagon. Problems would be solved in order to get the ride.

I got another email from jet black about my order (in Canada), hopefully I’ll get it this year.

In a previous email, we communicated an estimated delivery date of December 6 based on the information available at the time. However, delivery has been further delayed.
The good news is that the trainers are now officially en route to our warehouse. We currently estimate their arrival on December 18. Please note that, due to the nature of transportation, this date is subject to change.
Our team is prepared to process all orders as soon as the product arrives.

I’m ordered in August so I’m in the first shipment to the US. I got an email 2 & 1/2 days ago that said they’ve created a shipping label and that completes the order. Still no tracking number with FedEx. Like everyone else, I paid in full when I ordered. It’s now almost 4 months and the trainer has not been shipped. Order at your own risk. No risk on Jet Black’s end. They got your money.

Have you tried the “QZ app” that should provide virtual shifting to any trainer?

Just Received my jet black victory trainer which i ordered back in October and was worth the wait :slightly_smiling_face: im in the UK

Got mine today.
Having some teething issues tho.

Connect via WiFi = no watts transmitted.
Plays connected. No virtual shifting.
Zwift click updated. Now dead.

Not the best start and struggling to know how to fix anything.

Have updated the trainer firmware ?
