Jabra elite sport and zwift

Hello Zwifters!

I use both zwift for running and cycling, but have experienced some issues with connectivity recently.
I travel a lot, and try to bring multipurpose Gear, so when I saw the HR in the Jabra elite sport it was a good fit for “estimated” HR for my runs.

This worked well for sometime, but now I can’t get the smart portion of the headphones to connect. I run on an iPad Pro from 2017. Anyone with similar experience or good advice on how to fix the issue?

I have the same problem, would work intermittently. Have resorted back to using the zwift foot pod and a HRM.
