Jabra Elite Sport HR on MacBook Pro not working

Hi all,

I was hoping to be able to use the HR monitor of my newly acquired Jabra Elite Sport Earplugs and my MacBook Pro 2017. Unfortunately, as soon as I try to connect them via BLE, they keep connecting and disconnecting (not only the HR sensor but also the music transmission stops) so I cannot use them at all.

Today, I tried the same with my iPad and it worked well there. I could listen to music and could read the HR with Zwift and also was speaking with a friend at the same time.

Is there any chance to remove this “bug” from the Mac app?

I’m also having the same issue on a Mid 2014 MBP on OSX 10.13.3 with Zwift Game Version 1.0.23773.
