Pinging this me also. Just happened. I needed to fan view my Team for the ZRL TTT … No way. Companion was not showing any icons except the “Ride on” (yes, even if I was in the same world ). So bad, and it is not the first time that this happen. Please, please have a look.
When this has happened to me in the past, I start looking for anyone in the category of the event in the companion app to fanview, so not just my team. Once in the event you can find your team to DS. I have always been able to find someone the fanview button is there looking through the zwiftpower startlist.
Next time, but thanks for the trick … even if I remember having looked for others friends not in my team and it didn’t work with them neither.
