How can I get to the Fan View when people I follow are riding? I see the icon for it sometimes, but I don’t know in what situations it shows up, since it’s not always there.

Both of you have to be riding in the same world for this to work. So you would have to log into Zwift (even if you’re avatar just sits there) at a time when your friend is riding in the same world. From there you could pull up their profile and the Fan View button should work. When you are done you can simply ‘trash’ the ride, if you want to, so that it doesn’t show in your history.
