It would be nice to be able to watch other riders whom you follow or know. The current set up doesn’t enable this - only allows to watch riders near you which is not useful.
Open ZML (zwift mobile link) on your phone and search for your friend, in there profile you can click on fan view.

You need to have Zwift open on your pc as well (like when you ride) then you should see fan view.
