Zwift issues latest update September 6. Rode 171 km 4 hours30 minutes. Zwift companion app showed 159 km and 4 hours 10 minutes! And the ride did not post to Strava. Major issues!
We’re sorry that you experienced this issue. It sounds like there was an issue towards the end of your long ride, and it didn’t save correctly. While we can’t do anything about the details that you see in your activity feed, I see that you did that ride on your computer.
You should be able to recover the ride details in the fit file that saves locally in your documents folder. You can use the instructions in this article: Your Activity History And Fit Files to find that fit file and from there you can manually upload it to your Strava account.
